The Kirby Interchange comprises 27,264 sq. ft. of leasable space spread across eight buildings, with a total site area of 58,801 sq. ft. The predominant use is as office space. The Kirby Interchange is strategically located at the intersection of Kirby Drive and Houston’s 610 Inner Ring Road, just one mile from NRG Stadium, and in the growth path of the Texas Medical Center, the largest medical center in the world.

ROY sold the Kirby Interchange project for USD 35 million in February 2020 after a holding period of approximately 2.5 years.
