ROY is currently leasing four single family homes in the Houston area. These homes are all located in good school districts and offer luxury living in prime locations. An additional six lots are in the development phase and ROY plans to build homes of approximately 380sqm and approximately 500sqm on them, with first completion for sale expected in 2021.

  • Developing seven lots with single family homes in the mid to up pricing range. (3,800sqf and 5,000sqf).
    Permits for 3,800sqf are received in July 2020.

  • GC selected, permitting done for 3,800sqf homes. 5,000sqf homes permitting underway

  • Construction cost per home (3,800sqf) approx. kUSD ~500 (incld. smart home features).
